After a night's rest and a brief press conference at KSC, STS-97 Mission Specialist Joseph Tanner heads for the plane at the Shuttle Landing Facility. With him is his wife. They and other crew members and their families are returning to Houston. Mission STS-97 ended on Dec. 11, 2000, with a landing at KSC at 6:04 p.m. EST.
