The Z1 truss moves to payload canister in the SSPF

  • Description: In the Space Station Processing Facility, the Integrated Truss Structure Z1 hangs from an overhead crane that will place it in the payload canister behind it. The truss will then be transported to Launch Pad 39A. It is part of the payload on mission STS-92 scheduled to lift off Oct. 5, 2000.
