  • Description: The orbiter Atlantis glides onto Runway 33 of KSC's Shuttle Landing Facility, completing Space Shuttle Mission STS-74. Atlantis touched down at 12:01:27 p.m. EST, November 20, wrapping up the Shuttle schedule for 1995. Behind the orbiter is the Mate/Demate Device, used to either attach or separate an orbiter from the 747 Shuttle Carrier Aircraft which ferries the spaceplane to and from the West Coast.
