    • Description: STS-70 Mission Specialist Donald A. Thomas points out a component of the Inertial Upper Stage booster to members of the KSC payload processing team in the Vertical Processing Facility during the Crew Equipment Interface Test (CEIT) for that mission. STS-70 Mission Specialist Mary Ellen Weber (second from left) was also participating in the exercise. One of the crew's tasks during the CEIT is to conduct a sharp-edge inspection of the mission payload(s).
