Eleven Soviet space technicians arrived at KSC on January 28 to conduct electronic and T.V. compatibility tests between the Apollo Spacecraft and the Docking Module to be used for the Apollo Soyuz Test Project, ASTP, scheduled for Mid-July, is a joint US/USSR space mission.
