  • Description: KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, FL - Rollout of the Saturn IB to be used to launch the first crew for the Skylab orbital workshop in May was successfully conducted at Complex 39's Pad B, February 26, 1973. Launch of the orbital workshop by a two-stage Saturn V is scheduled for May with launch of the Saturn IB/Apollo scheduled for approximately 24 hours later.
