    <title>APOLLO 10 SPACECRAFT IS MATED TO SATURN 505 LAUNCH VEHICLE</title>
    <description>
An overhead crane within the Vehicle Assembly Building hoists Apollo 10 spacecraft 106 above transfer aisle in preparation for mating to Saturn 505 launch vehicle in High Bay 3. The 363-foot- high space vehicle is to launch Apollo 10 Astronauts Thomas P. Stafford, John W. Young and Eugene A. Cernan on a lunar voyage in which Stafford and Cernan are to descend in the lunar module to an altitude of 50,000 feet above the Moon's surface.
